A Dove survey found only 2% of women aged 18-64 considered themselves beautiful and 96% wouldn’t use the word “beautiful” when describing themselves.

Have you ever said, “I will be happy when …”? When I can drive, when I graduate, when I establish my career, when I find the perfect partner, when I buy a home, when I have a child . . . Many people feel saying this is just an expression of a dream or goal. And goals are imperative in life. But thinking in these terms is more of a negative mindset. We are basically saying we aren’t happy now and won’t be until we achieve something. The problem is, once the goal is achieved, it doesn’t satisfy. Then, we immediately set a new one, “Well, maybe I will be happy when …”
